This week, the Cyclists have been concentrating on developing our strategy how we as a group can reach out to various sponsors. The team is in the process of applying for grants from national companies and those in the Concord Community. We also sent out a second wave of letters to potential donors. Finally, we have been talking to nutrition specialists to find out what we should be eating before our trip, and a personal trainer who will be helping us to balance both our spring sport workouts and training for the trip itself.
Get excited, because we are.
